Central New Mexico Community College
MS HVAC Project
The first phase of a two phase project at the existing Max Salazar Hall on the main campus of CNM in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The existing central plant was decommissioned and removed in the existing 90,000 five story building.
The goals for the new physical plant were to incorporate high efficiency equipment and create a space that supported the Campus as a Living Lab methodology in use on campus. The space provides a demonstration setting for use by staff and students, giving them practical hands on training so they are better prepared with building systems they will encounter in the field.
